Communications Associate - Forms Administration
The Forms Administration team, within WIM Operations, manages the integrity of forms to front and back office personnel for all business channels and the clearing firm.
The Communications Consultant position works with form owners and SMEs to develop new forms, revise existing forms, track changes and gather approvals through the forms process.
In this role, you will: • Assist with communication based initiatives and activities
• Assess processes related to tasks or projects in communications
• Receive direction from leadership and exercise judgment while developing understanding of the processes used in communications
• Provide data to management and teams, including customers if needed
Required Qualifications: • 6+ months of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: • Partner with other Communications Consultants, form owners and business channels to create, revise, customize and maintain forms
• Serve as liaison to various corporate groups and third party vendors for forms administration, publishing, printing and distribution
• Responsible for forms-related problem resolution and service level oversight
• Maintain accurate project information in the SharePoint master forms repository, project database and server archives
• Responsible for following Forms Administration Policies and Procedures
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all forms are accurate and consistent
• Strong prioritization and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking and changing environment
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Pro
• SharePoint Experience
• Financial Services Experience
• Brokerage operations experience
• Medium to large enterprise experience
Job Expectations: • Shift time-1:30pm-10:30pm
