Job Description


The role involves developing and implementing business development strategies including communications, marketing, PR for the professional services sector, specifically for law firms.

  • Corporate Communication:
1. Develop, write, and edit press releases that communicate key corporate messages clearly and effectively.2. Create engaging content for various social media platforms.3. Collaborate with practice teams to ensure all communications are compliant with relevant regulations.4. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.5. Manage the approval process for all external communications, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
  • Legal Directory Submissions:
1. Manage the end-to-end submission process for various legal directories, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.2. Research and identify relevant directories that align with the firm's practice areas and strategic goals.3. Collaborate with partners and practice group leaders to gather necessary information, including case studies, testimonials, and other supporting materials.4. Draft compelling narratives that highlight the firm's strengths, achievements, and unique selling points.5. Monitor submission deadlines and maintain an organised calendar to ensure all entries are submitted on time. 6. Track and analyse directory rankings and feedback to inform future submissions strategies.7. Liaise with external directory contacts to clarify submission requirements or address any queries.8. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding submission status and outcomes.Work with a Tier 1 law firm in India Be a part of the growing Business development teamA successful Communications role will have:1. A minimum of three years' experience in corporate communications or public relations roles, preferably within a legal context.2. Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.3. Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and social media management tools.4. Proven ability to produce high-quality written content under tight deadlines.5. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.6.
