We are looking for a communications specialist to support the communications activities and execution for the Americas One strategic market unit (SMU).The Americas One communications team works closely with the unit business sectors, HR SPOCs, Marketing SPOCs and Marketing team to create, implement and amplify communications that inform, educate and motivate internal audiences. This includes, but is not be limited to, CEO messaging, HR updates and initiatives, thought leadership content creation and delivery, social media and maintenance of The Dot (intranet) A1 site. The overall goal is to increase employee awareness of A1 priorities, motivate collaboration, drive CEO visibility and sales momentum through amplification of client initiatives, sales wins and awareness activities.This role is based in India and reports to the Americas One Communications Leader.
Roles & Responsibilities:Roles & Responsibilities:The Americas One Communications Specialist is responsible for communicating awareness and understanding of Wipro\xe2\x80\x99s expertise, market-differentiating capabilities, strategic goals and objectives to internal and external audiences. The candidate selected will work closely with Americas One leadership to deliver awareness communications in alignment with business objectives and outcomes.This is a cross functional role that will work closely with HR and sector SPOCs to ensure a steady drum beat client/sector news and information to educate, inform and inspire sector team members. The right candidate will be highly collaborative and comfortable working within a variety of communication media and platforms including digital, print, video and audio.This is a hands-on role which requires a broad and diverse strategic communications background and skillset. The selected individual should prior experience adhering to corporate brand standards to create brand-compliant and compelling digital emailers, recording/editing/producing videos and podcasts leveraging Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with various corporate communications tools (e.g., Poppulo for email; Unily, SharePoint for intranet; LinkedIn/social media) coupled with a positive, can-do attitude.
Qualifications:Position Requirements:

• Overall 8 to 10 years of experience with 3 - 5 years of internal communications experience in a large corporate setting.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including copywriting, editing and design.
• Expert storyteller with strong ability to tailor specific communications to a business leader\xe2\x80\x99s voice and to varied audiences\xe2\x80\x93 providing relevant information in an authentic, clear, concise and engaging manner.
• Highly collaborative and able to react and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action, who takes initiative and has solid decision-making skills.
• Work effectively and collaboratively with communications SPOCs and SMEs across the strategic unit to develop blogs, videos, podcasts, internal communications and other types of content that support planned messaging campaigns as well as ongoing needs.
• Ability to analyze communications data (email, intranet, social media) and clearly articulate impact and ROI.
• Experience creating digital media (emailers, videos, podcasts, etc.).
• Experience working with various software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, and social media platforms (LinkedIn).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with Unily (intranet platform) and Poppulo (email) are pluses. Skilled in AP style writing.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in communications preferred.
