• Salary range: 40,000 to 55,000 INR / Month (Pay varies depending on your years of experience and skills)

Freedom Property Investment is Australia\xe2\x80\x99s No.1 real estate company and we are seeking a detail-oriented and Client -focused Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and effectiveness in our client meetings.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and review meeting agendas, aligning them with client expectations and goals.
• Verify availability of necessary documents, presentations, and materials before client interactions.
• Ensure clear and effective communication during client meetings, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
• Monitor language and tone to maintain a professional and client-friendly communication style.
• Assess client participation levels, providing feedback to team members for improvement.
• Encourage active engagement from both internal team members and clients.
• Verify functionality of meeting technology, including video conferencing tools and presentation software.
• Establish contingency plans for technical issues, offering support during virtual or in-person meetings.
• Oversee accurate recording of meeting minutes, summarizing key discussions, decisions, and action items.
• Ensure timely distribution of follow-up emails containing meeting minutes, relevant materials, and additional information discussed.
• Evaluate quality and accuracy of presentation materials, reports, and client-facing documents.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Monitor and assess client satisfaction through feedback and post-meeting evaluations.
• Identify areas for improvement, collaborating with teams to enhance the overall client experience.
• Anticipate potential conflicts during meetings and develop strategies for diplomatic resolution.
• Provide guidance to team members on effective conflict resolution techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a quality assurance or customer service capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
