We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Derivatives Trader to join our team. The Derivatives Trader will be responsible for developing and executing trading strategies for derivatives, analyzing market trends, and managing risk. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent quantitative skills, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Execute trades in derivatives markets including futures, options, swaps, and other complex financial instruments. \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement trading strategies based on quantitative analysis and market research. \xe2\x97\x8f Monitor and analyze market trends, economic data, and news events to inform trading decisions. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage risk exposure and ensure adherence to risk management guidelines and regulatory requirements. \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with other traders, analysts, and stakeholders to share insights and strategies. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain and improve trading models and algorithms. \xe2\x97\x8f Prepare regular reports on trading performance, risk metrics, and market conditions. \xe2\x97\x8f Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements. Required Skills and Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in trading derivatives, with a strong track record of profitability. \xe2\x97\x8f Deep understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and derivatives instruments. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and financial modeling. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience with trading platforms and software (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Eikon). \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent risk management skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in executing trades.
