We are looking for a chef with experience in Food Production in Continental, Asian, or Indo-fusion cuisines. Our ideal candidate is passionate about food and will have a creative and unique approach to food preparation and presentation.
•Key Requirement:•
1. Good knife skills.
2. Previous experiences in sushi making.
3. Knowledge of Sushi recipes.
•Key Responsibilities:•
1. Preparation of ingredients and mise en place for all the dishes.
2. Execute cooking techniques with precision and consistency to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
4. Collaborate effectively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
5. Monitor and rotate stock to minimize waste and maintain freshness of ingredients.
Location : Goregaon
In-Hand : 15k - 20k Monthly (Depends on exp. & Position)
