• Food preparation : Preparing, cooking, and serving food, including special meals for clients
• Stock management : Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling food waste
• Hygiene : Maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to hygiene and sanitation regulations
• Teamwork : Coordinating with the other sections of kitchen team and F&B Service
• Safety : Following safety and emergency procedures, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions, and completing safety training
• Training : Learning new products, recipes, and preparation techniques
