Job Description
As a Commis I/ II specializing in Chinese cuisine, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of authentic Chinese dishes under the guidance of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. Your role will involve executing recipes, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the efficient functioning of the Chinese kitchen.
