ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
\xe2\x99\xa3 Understand all company policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and guidelines.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Must arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work for each shift.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Set up of all ingredients for wok, grill and saut\xc3\xa9 menu items according to station par prior to beginning of service.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Prepare all wok menu items to recipe specification safely, and efficiently.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Food items are placed in the window and are at their peak temperature and appearance.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Follows \xe2\x80\x9cFirst In, First Out (FIFO)\xe2\x80\x9d process for prepared foods, clean containers, labeled with date prepared and in proper rotation.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Restock, organize, and maintain the back up of all ingredients, does not run out of product.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Responsible for teamwork with other stations, inter-station timing and communication.
\xe2\x99\xa3 All items are placed into clean containers, labeled with date, and stored in the walk-in at the end of the shift.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Willingness to learn how to prepare multi-Asian menu items.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Must be able to handle high-volume of production during lunch and dinner rushes.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Has a positive attitude and works well with others. Teamwork and cooperation is a must.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Completes all opening and closing duties for assigned workstation.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Communicates with management product shortages or broken equipment.
\xe2\x99\xa3 Complies with all federal, state, city, county and municipal food safety regulations.
