Job Summary :
We are looking for passionate and hardworking Commi -I Chinese Cook to join our fast growing, multi-cuisine restaurant in Goa.
Duties and responsibilities :
• Prepare food for guests while following guidelines laid out, ensuring the quality and quantity as per the restaurant standards and state regulations.
• Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner while adhering to best practices and careful preparation of food items.
• Control food stock and food cost in your food department and overall kitchen.
• Communicate the assistance needed during busy hours of the Restaurant.
• As an effective Commis I Chef ensure that all stocks are well maintained and required stock orders are placed in timely manner.
• Ensure that mise-en-place for food preparation is completed in your department.
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparations of food.
• Support the Chef & Sous Chef in the daily operation and work
• Test food to ensure proper preparation and temperature before serving.
• Assist Chef in preparing food according to the requirements, recipes or standards.
• To assist chef with chopping, packing, and helping/learning with dishes.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 2 years work experience in Chinese cuisine.
2) Perfect Knowledge of Chinese department
3) Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
4) Able to take responsibility.
Job Timings:
Should be available to work between 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM and 11:30 PM Monday through Sunday with one weekly off.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
