Role Overview: As our Commis Chef , you will lead the creation and refinement of recipes for our meal kits. Your role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional taste, quality, and sustainability while innovating around zero-waste practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recipe Innovation: Develop and refine recipes aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
• Menu Development: Curate engaging menu cards and ensure an exciting rotation of dishes.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards for ingredient quality, shelf life, and food safety compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with procurement, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless menu execution.
• Customer-Centric Improvements: Analyze customer feedback to enhance recipes and overall meal kit experiences.
• Cost Optimization: Balance affordability with premium quality by managing recipe costs effectively.
• Training & Leadership: Mentor kitchen staff on new recipes, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience: 2-3 years in recipe development, menu planning, or food operations. Meal kit experience is a bonus!
• Culinary Expertise: Deep knowledge and creativity across diverse cuisines.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a small team.
