This position shall have adequate knowledge of the cuisine and previous experience ofworking in organised setups and reputed restaurant/hotel chains.
Should maintains daily mis-en-place and prepares certain food items for the following days
duties.
Should have in depth knowledge of the cuisine.
Should prepares and services all food items according to standard operating procedures andensures consistency in taste and presentation of all food items.
Monitors related equipment, reporting any problems or inconsistencies to the CDP andperforms other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualification:
Should be a hotel management graduate or diploma holder.
Should have minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a Commi II/III.
