We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will support our kitchen operations and contribute to delivering high-quality dishes, especially our signature Malabar biriyani.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Malabar biriyani and other Kerala dishes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications as directed by senior chefs.
• Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, prepared, and ready for use.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and kitchen policies.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Passion for cooking and a keen interest in learning about Malabar cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary training or relevant certification is a plus.
