Job Description

Food Preparation:

Preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, seasoning meats, and measuring ingredients accurately. Following recipes and cooking instructions provided by senior chefs. Assisting with mis en place (preparing ingredients in advance).

Cooking:

Assisting with cooking various dishes under the supervision of a chef de partie (station chef) or other experienced chefs. Learning basic cooking techniques like grilling, sauteing, and frying.

Kitchen Management:

Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and accepting deliveries. Ensuring proper food storage and rotation to prevent spoilage. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations. Reporting any equipment issues or safety hazards to superiors.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,508.27 per month
