About job requirements:

• As a Commis, you are also expected to comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
• Accepting store deliveries and tally with ordered quantities.
• Control food stock and food cost in kitchen
• Ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
• Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
• Need to be dedicated team player, flexible and willing to help others at busy times as and when required.
• Must have hands on experience of complete range of Indian culinary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
