We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis 3 (Fresher) to join our culinary team. The Commis 3 will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support the kitchen staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per the restaurant's standards.
• Ensure that the kitchen stations are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
Requirements:
• No prior experience required.
• A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are essential.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidates within Salem is highly preferred.
