CGH Earth is hiring a Commis 1 for our F&B Production team at Residence de l'Eveche, Pondicherry. This is a wonderful opportunity for passionate culinary professionals to enhance their skills in a multi-cuisine environment while working at a prestigious heritage property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting multi-cuisine dishes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in food preparation areas.
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Handle and store ingredients appropriately to maintain freshness and quality.
• Ensure adherence to kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Commis 1 or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and multi-cuisine food preparation.
• Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Team player with a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
