As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality Continental cuisine, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Continental dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and timely food service
  • Support senior chefs in menu planning and implementation of new dishes
  • Properly store and rotate food items to minimize waste and maintain quality
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Participate in regular inventory checks and stock management
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and maintain professional relationships with all staff members
  • Continuously improve culinary skills and stay updated on industry trends
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary education
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and culinary techniques
  • Food safety and hygiene certifications (e.g., HACCP)
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field
