Responsibilities
• Prepare and Cook continental dishes according to recipes.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support in menu development and planning.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.
Qualifications
• Diploma or certification in culinary arts.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in continental cuisine.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
