Controlling food stock and costs in their section
Following safety and hygiene procedures, including fire and emergency procedures, and reporting any incidents
Participating in opening and closing duties, including stocking and receiving goods
Assisting other sections or helping with other duties when needed
Able to take the lead on a station as well as educate and guide junior chef
To attend all meeting and training sessions as required
To comply with any reasonable request from your superiors
