Commis Bakery & Pastry

Assist in Daily Preparation:

Support the bakery and pastry team in the preparation of baked goods and desserts, ensuring quality and consistency.

Maintain Hygiene Standards:

Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Basic Baking Techniques:

Apply basic baking techniques, including dough preparation, mixing, and baking under the guidance of senior chefs.

Culinary Education:

A diploma or certification in bakery and pastry arts is preferred. Prior experience in a similar role or a passion for baking is advantageous.

Inventory Management:

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that ingredients are properly stored and used efficiently.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of bakery items.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
