We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis III (COMI III) to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in basic food preparation, ensure kitchen cleanliness, support higher-level chefs, manage kitchen tools, and participate in stock control. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in the culinary industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic Food Preparation :
• Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
• Help in the preparation of simple dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
• Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness :
• Keep kitchen and food preparation areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to health and safety standards by regularly sanitizing workstations and equipment.
• Supporting Senior Chefs :
• Provide support to chefs de partie and other senior kitchen staff in their daily tasks.
• Follow instructions accurately to learn and execute cooking techniques and recipes.
• Managing Kitchen Tools :
• Properly handle and maintain kitchen tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
• Assist in organizing and storing kitchen equipment appropriately.
• Stock Control :
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries, checking for quality and accuracy.
• Help monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.

Qualifications:

• No prior kitchen experience required, but a passion for cooking and willingness to learn is essential.
• Basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
