• Skillfully operate the tandoor oven to cook naan, kebabs, and other tandoori dishes, ensuring optimal flavor and texture.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee that each dish meets the restaurant's standards.
• Plate dishes attractively, paying attention to portion sizes and garnishing.
• Clean and maintain the tandoor and surrounding area to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.

Requirement

• Previous experience working with tandoor cooking is preferred.
• Familiarity with marination techniques and traditional spices used in tandoori dishes.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
