• Food preparation : Assisting senior chefs with preparing and cooking South Indian dishes
• Quality control : Ensuring food items meet quality and consistency standards
• Cleanliness : Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Inventory management : Reporting low stock levels and helping with ordering
• Menu development : Assisting with menu development and creating new dishes
• Training : Participating in regular training sessions to improve culinary skills
• Collaboration : Working with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
