• Should know to make pasta, sandwich, burger, different type of chicken, soups, salads, steaks, grilled items
• To prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility, ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times.
• To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section
• To aid in achieving food cost, kitchen standard and overall objectives.
• To keep high standards of hygiene.
Job Requirements:
Looking for an energetic and dynamic individual who will look at the entire cafe kitchen
Continental chef experience 1-2 years.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written, fluent English preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Salcete, South Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
