JOB SUMMARY
Under the guidelines of the superiors carry out the daily mis-en place, is responsible for preparing the daily orders in the kitchen & carries out the day to day functions in the kitchen.
Established Duties
? To abide by the Mission statement.
? To abide by the values and rules of the hotel.
? Ensure proper and clean attire & uniforms.
? Check all norms laid down by the department for personal hygiene.
? Ensure mis-en-place has been done before the next shift has comes in.
? To take decisions on certain work operations in the absence of the chef.
? Ensure cleanliness of the work area and storage places.
? Co-ordinate with co-workers to facilitate smooth workflow of kitchen operations.
? Preparing daily guest orders and other functions as required by the various kitchens.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
