We are looking for Commi I (Indian cuisine )
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, washing fruits, and measuring spices.
• Cook food according to recipes and instructions from head chef.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipments and areas, such as wiping down counters, sweeping floors, and emptying trash cans.
• Troubleshooting and reporting problems to their supervisor, such as a malfunctioning kitchen equipment.
• Following safety and sanitation procedures, such as wearing gloves and hairnets, and washing hands frequently.
• Responsible for tasks such as ingredient preparation , cooking and ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
• To ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of high-quality dishes to customers.
