• Food preparation : Preparing the daily "mis-en-place" and food production
• Quality control : Ensuring high standards and consistent quality in food preparation
• Learning : Keeping up to date with new recipes, products, and preparation techniques
• Collaboration : Coordinating and participating with other sections
• Stock management : Monitoring stock movement and ordering for their section
• Food safety : Ensuring food is stored properly and at the correct temperature
• Kitchen cleanliness : Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area
• Personal hygiene : Maintaining proper personal hygiene and clean uniforms
• Safety : Following company safety and security policies and procedures
• Communication : Speaking with others in a clear and professional manner
• Teamwork : Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others
