Job Responsibilities:
• Food Preparation :
• Prepping ingredients such as vegetables, meats, and sauces according to recipes.
• Assisting in preparing various types of continental dishes (e.g., pasta, grilled meats, risottos, pizza, salads and sauces etc).
• Cooking :
• Cooking dishes as per the instructions of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
• Maintaining Hygiene Standards :
• Ensuring that the kitchen maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assisting Senior Chefs :
• Supporting senior chefs during service by preparing ingredients or assisting with cooking tasks.
• Helping to plate and present dishes in line with the restaurant's standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
