Currently we are looking for young and enthusiastic Commi - III at PVR INOX plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience from the moment they enter the cinema until they leave.

Job Title: Commi Chef

Location: PVR Lajpat Nagar, Delhi

Job Overview:
As a Commi Chef, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to all patrons visiting our cinema. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable movie-going experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the food preparation process
• Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
• Assisting other Chefs
• Helping with deliveries and restocking
• Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
• Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
• Plating and presenting meal items as per the instructions.

Qualifications:

• Proven commercial kitchen experience as a commi is must.
• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
• 10+2 or any Graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Kindly note this job is not for freshers minimum 3 months of experience in relevant field is required.

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
