Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and cooking continental dishes under the supervision of the Chef de Partie.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistent quality.
• Assist in stock management and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Support other kitchen sections as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of continental and other cuisines.
• Strong work ethic and team player.
• Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred.
