Sponge Maker
Dry Cake Maker
Arabic Sweet Maker
Artisan Pastry Maker
Puff Maker
General Responsibilities (All Levels):
Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality bakery and pastry items.
Follow recipes and portion standards accurately.
Ensure workstation cleanliness and maintain hygiene standards at all times.
Assist in ingredient preparation, mixing, baking, and decorating as per assigned section.
Properly store and label ingredients and finished products.
Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth operations in the section.
Comply with all food safety and HACCP guidelines.
