? Prepare and stretch dough to the required thickness and consistency.
? Assemble pizzas with appropriate toppings in line with menu specifications.
? Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring proper temperature control.

? Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and quality.
2. Ingredient Management & Food Safety:
? Prepare and store pizza ingredients (cheese, sauces, meats, vegetables, etc.).
? Ensure freshness and proper storage of all ingredients.
? Follow food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with restaurant policies.
? Minimize food waste and maintain portion control.
3. Kitchen Operations & Cleanliness:
? Maintain cleanliness in the pizza preparation area and kitchen.
? Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
? Assist in kitchen inventory management and stock replenishment.
? Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
4. Team Collaboration & Efficiency:
? Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations.
? Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required.
? Follow instructions from senior chefs and contribute to a positive work environment.
? Support kitchen operations during peak hours to ensure timely food delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
