• Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes, including appetizers, soups, main courses, and desserts, using traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients. This may include stir-frying, steaming, broasting, and deep-frying.
• Source and select high-quality ingredients for Chinese dishes, including vegetables, herbs, spices, and sauces. Ensure that ingredients are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced whenever possible.
• Adapt to changing menu requirements, guest preferences, and operational needs by adjusting recipes, portion sizes, and cooking methods as necessary. Stay informed about emerging food trends and innovations in Chinese cuisine.
• Plate and garnish Chinese dishes attractively to enhance their visual appeal and create an enticing dining experience for guests. Pay attention to detail in portion sizes, arrangement, and garnishes to ensure consistency and presentation standards.
