Job Overview-
We Are seeking a talented, skillful and quick learner commi chef to join our team at Nobby's Cafe . As a Commi Chef , you will be responsible for cooking and preparation of quality dishes as per the recipe , kitchen and equipment cleanliness , kitchen and station setup , receiving items from vendors , maintaining food hygiene and food safety. junior professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in fast food continental kitchen are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Requirements -
1. Expert In cooking dishes , preparation of sauces , knife skills , cutting and chopping .
2. Expert in following recipes.
3. Basic Hygiene , FIFO, and food safety.
4. Ability to work under pressure and fast pace kitchen.
5. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Minimum 1 year experience in continental , cafe or fast food chain restaurant.
7. Familiar with handling of commercial kitchen equipment and its functionality.
8. Minimum 12th pass is must . Fresher from hotel management will be preferred more.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
