We are seeking a skilled Commi 2 to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience in making momo dough, handling kitchen equipment, and assisting in food preparation. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare momo dough to perfection.
- Assist in food preparation for various kitchen tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in dough preparation (preferably momo dough) is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards.
- Honest. Maintains good hygiene. Responsible.
Probation period: 3 months
Note: Accommodation and food are not provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
• New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
