Job Highlights

You are an excel expert, have knowledge in SAP and/or Microsoft CRM tools, but more importantly a strong business analyst background. LANXESS Data System and tools are interconnected (CPR tool, IBP, CRM, SAC/SAP, Show pad..). As a commercial Sales support you will understand and master these tools and their interconnection/interface dependency, so that data reliability is achieve and possible to use at all times on a global level. You will extract report from these tools such as Sales report, forecast analysis to be used globally, support the Global sales team in boosting their performance to achieve new horizon.

• CPR: not limited to Creation, Update, maintenance KCI (Key Customer Indicator), marketing segment - e.g. industry segment
• Microsoft CRM: not limited to Data & User Maintenance and quality management, training of new users or advanced training when required; create and maintain BU views and dashboards. Review, train and maintain pricing application (e.g. Quote, object)
• SAP Analytics Cloud: Master Mapping File - LAB Global maintenance and improvement development. Review, maintain data accuracy to finally create & Distribute reports to the global team.
• Support & Troubleshoot teams on a global basis, including IBP tool
• Show pad: technical mastering in alignment with corporate design, integrating technical approach for linking to CRM-Microsoft tool, favoring training of team. Responsible for update and maintenance users incl Distributors.
