Profile - Assistant Manager - Sales Commercial (Offline Business)
Experience - 5 years - 8 years
• Must have Claim experience atleast 3+ years
• Must have Excellent Communication
Qualification - B.com
Location - Thane, Mumbai

Key Performance Indicators

Ledger Maintenance Ledger analysis for Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) customers/Distributors, etc.
. Claims Management
Reporting & Analysis
Invoicing
. Reconciliation of ledger of Distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Processing Distributor's claims on Retail discount, Margins, Trade scheme, BA payout, Display, Transportation, etc.,

Performing reconciliation of Distributor Ledgers and obtaining no due certificates on a periodic basis.

Performing collection reviews with the Sales Head and Regional Managers.

Monthly claims provisioning post discussion with the Regional Managers.

Ensuring timely conduct of audits for any Sales returns

Processing employee reimbursement claims.

Experience & Qualification

Preferred: 5+ years of experience in Accounts with B. Com / M. Com Specialization

Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in managing Claims in Accounts function with B. Com / M. Com specialization. Strong interpersonal abilities and MS Excel.
