Job Summary:

The Commercial Real Estate Consultant is responsible for advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, and investment. The consultant will conduct market research, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to help clients make informed decisions. They will also manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advisory : Provide expert advice to clients on commercial real estate transactions, including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family properties.
• Market Research : Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Financial Analysis : Perform financial analysis and property valuations to assist clients in making investment decisions.
• Property Listings : Prepare and present detailed property listings to potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiations : Negotiate lease or sale terms on behalf of clients to secure the best possible deals.
• Due Diligence : Conduct due diligence on properties, including inspections, title reviews, and regulatory compliance.
• Marketing : Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.
• Documentation : Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
• Networking : Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts, including brokers, investors, and developers.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
