Hereby your activities mainly consist of:xc2xb7 Financial and contractual management during the realization of the projects.xc2xb7 Supporting the Risk & Claim strategy.xc2xb7 Displaying correct and timely management information in order to make timely adjustments.xc2xb7 Preparing Forecast/budget information with regard to the projects.xc2xb7 Calculating, negotiating and supervising changes.xc2xb7 Conduct and take part in regular project reviews - and be able to contribute on key commercial topics, e.g., actual vs forecast on key financial KPIs including overall outlook on revenue, EBIT, cash flow etc.xc2xb7 In this role, you will also be collaborating with world commercial project managers of our centralized Data Center organization in Germany and Netherlands.Use your skills to move the world forward!xc2xb7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s or advanced degree in a finance related fieldxc2xb7 5- 8 years of experience working in a project-based business in a controlling or project finance related positionxc2xb7 Certified CPM S/C at Siemens.xc2xb7 General knowledge and understanding of project controlling, accounting / finance, contract & subcontract management, and supply chain management.xc2xb7 Experience working on project/product teams supporting multiple projects and project managers and/or line managers.xc2xb7 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally between departments.xc2xb7 Analytical and detailed oriented; ability to systematically work through complex topics.xc2xb7 Exceptional communication skillsxc2xb7 Proactive and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities.xc2xb7 SAP and SAP Business Warehousexc2xb7 MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - with advanced Excel skills.Create a better #TomorrowWithUs!This role is based in Chennai, where youxe2x80x99ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries - and the shape of things to come.Wexe2x80x99re Siemens.
