You are primarily part of the quotation team that is responsible for producing a good quotation. During the realization of projects, you will be part of the project team and together with the project manager you will ensure that the project objectives are met. In this position you will be working in a department that is working hard to make the energy transition a reality, both nationally and internationally.\xc2\xb7 Day to day business:\xc2\xb7 During the quotation phase, contribute to the preparation of an estimate and the quotation.\xc2\xb7 As part of a team, review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.\xc2\xb7 Coordinating supporting processes (insurance, credit check, taxes).\xc2\xb7 In addition, as Commercial Project Manager you will also be involved in the execution of these projects. Hereby your activities mainly consist of:\xc2\xb7 Financial and contractual management during the realization of the projects.\xc2\xb7 Supporting the Risk & Claim strategy.\xc2\xb7 Displaying correct and timely management information in order to make timely adjustments.\xc2\xb7 Preparing Forecast/budget information with regard to the projects.\xc2\xb7 Calculating, negotiating and supervising changes.\xc2\xb7 Conduct and take part in regular project reviews - and be able to contribute on key commercial topics, e.g., actual vs forecast on key financial KPIs including overall outlook on revenue, EBIT, cash flow etc.\xc2\xb7 In this role, you will also be collaborating with world commercial project managers of our centralized Data Center organization in Germany and Netherlands.Use your skills to move the world forward!Join us and be yourself!\xc2\xb7 Bachelors or advanced degree in a finance related field\xc2\xb7 8- 12 years of experience working in a project-based business in a controlling or project finance related position\xc2\xb7 Certified CPM at Siemens.\xc2\xb7 General knowledge and understanding of project controlling, accounting / finance, contract & subcontract management, and supply chain management.\xc2\xb7 Experience working on project/product teams supporting multiple projects and project managers and/or line managers.\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally between departments.\xc2\xb7 Analytical and detailed oriented; ability to systematically work through complex topics.\xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication skills\xc2\xb7 Proactive and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities.\xc2\xb7 SAP and SAP Business Warehouse\xc2\xb7 MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - with advanced Excel skillsWe value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
