Claim Management - Preparation of monthly incentive schemes along with CBM and Zonal Head sales
Preparation of schemes and sharing the same with DMS and zonal accounts team
Processing of claims in line with the achievement and recommendation for settlement from time to time
Work closely with zonal accounts team and resolution of queries raised
Ensure timely settlement of claims collection of No dues Certificate from dealers from time to time
Preparation of ex-showroom price for the cluster and sharing the same with dealers
Managing budgets for sales promotional activities for the zone
Processing of sales promotional bills and ensure timely settlement of the same
Collection of NDC form venders on quarterly basis
Ensure commercial compliance, both internal as well as statutory, in place at area office as well as by the dealership
Conduct dealer audit in line with the standard checklist and report the findings with all stakeholders
Managing vehicle order pipeline and responsible for managing the stockyard under the cluster
Prepare and share MIS with ASMs/ RSMs for billing, collection towards LFADs, clearance of outstanding
Ensure Bank Guarantee renewal for specific dealers in time
Create receipts in system against TA/ RTGS/ payments etc
Respond to dealer for account, sales and commercial related queries
Follow up with DMS, DCM, GST team to address dealer concerns
Share commercial review reports on monthly basis
