Location : Bangalore , Jigani. We are looking for a motivated and strategic Commercial Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our Protein Research business. Specifically, as the Commercial Marketing Manager for Protein Pathway Analysis, one will be responsible for expanding the Proteomics Market for our company and Lab Solution Commercial India Business. This entails collaborating with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends to stimulate demand, and enhancing sales. Strong leadership, effective communication, and a results-oriented approach are essential for success in this role. Strategic Planning: Establish appropriate portfolio positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Financial Targets: Collaborate closely with the commercial team to achieve financial targets. Creative Marketing: Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns and devise strategies to penetrate the assigned Portfolio/Segment. Promotion Execution: Design and execute promotion schemes (in collaboration with Segment Marketing) for the assigned portfolio to enhance acceptability and expand reach. Work closely with the Digital/Marcom team to achieve target results. Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance of the assigned portfolio, assess the effects of promotions, and provide relevant reports. Based on such analyses, recommend enhancements to promotional efforts. Pricing Strategy: Define and drive proper pricing mechanisms to the market, taking the competitive landscape into account. Sales Tools and Marketing Material: Create workflow-based sales tools, marketing materials (e.g., flyers, protocols, sell sheets, digital apps, product reference sheets), customer presentations, demonstrations, and training resources. Training/Webinars: Conduct training sessions/webinars for the Commercial and Channel partner teams to increase awareness and knowledge of the assigned cluster. Marketing Program Support: Support marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Market Analysis: Analyze customer insights, trends, market competition, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Analytics and Reporting: Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms. Extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. Provide formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. Demand Generation: Take responsibility for demand generation by generating and nurturing Marketing Qualified Leads. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and industry experts. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Portfolio Management/Marketing/Application/Business development Experience in Proteomics and Immunoassay Platforms Ph.D. in biotechnology or allied Sciences. Innovative, creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated with attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Establishes a sound scientific understanding of our as well as competition products. Travel across India, alone or with the sales team, to meet customers and collect market feedback for data-driven decision making.
