Academic Qualification and skills required:

The person must be an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

He/she must have hands on experience in solar industry.

Key area of responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on private client acquisition as well as winning government tenders.

Arrange business meetings and building long term relationship with prospective clients.

Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

Understand different bids in Tender and process and submit those bids.

Attend pre-bid meetings along with queries.

Search and identify different bids applicable for the company.

Process the appropriate bid and submit it accordingly.

Respond to post bid queries.

Close deal for the company.

Monitor and track bid performance metrics and analyse win/loss data to identify trends.

Office Schedule and Venue:

Monday to Saturday

10 AM - 6 PM

Salary and Perks:

CTC ranges from 4.2 LPA to 5 LPA. Salary is negotiable.

Bi-yearly self-performance which may be linked with increment.

Internet and phone bill for office purpose will be reimbursement at actuals.

Business Travel will be taken care by company.

There will be a 3 months' probation period when there will be no leave to avail except weekly off and Holidays.

After probation period on confirmation, the candidate can avail leave as per the leave policy of the company.
