Job Description
Role Description We are looking for a full-time Commercial Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing real estate services to our clients, including advising on real estate investments, negotiating deals, and managing property and assets. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of finance and commercial real estate. Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate Sales;
- Experience in leasing co-working or commercial office spaces in Delhi NCR and Gurgaon region;
- Have experience in providing site visits with the client.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and real estate
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
