Unisel Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Leasing Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on commercial leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure leasing opportunities for commercial properties

- Build and maintain relationships with tenants and brokers

- Negotiate lease terms and agreements

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends

- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals

- Prepare leasing reports and documentation

- Collaborate with property management and other teams to ensure tenant satisfaction

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field

- Proven experience in commercial leasing within the real estate industry

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships

- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
