Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Risk Management: Set the company's risk appetite and ensure risk management practices are in place. Overseerisk assessment and mitigation strategies.Brand Development: Develop and enhance the companys brand and market presence. Ensure consistent brandmessaging and positioning.Investment Strategy: Determine and drive the companys investment strategy. Oversee investment decisions andportfolio management.Product Development: Drive the development of new products and services. Ensure the product portfolio alignswith market demands and company strategy.Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.

• Extensive experience in senior management roles, with a track record of success in leadership positions.
