Job Description

In this role, you will: • Expected to perform quality check, quality assurance, investigation and reporting and closely working with I&P and stateside portfolio management team.
• Have a good understanding of quality assurance process and methodology.
• Undertake Quality checks for Internal triggers calculations, system of records (SOR), credit file archives completed by portfolio managers.
• Complete data quality checks on credit modification reports in accordance with testing plans and aligned to relevant policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Undertake client outreach for financial information and review the information and update SOR.
• Have a good understanding of financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement.
• Liaise with portfolio managers, relationship managers, loan specialist team for timely resolution of repairs.
• Complete all quality check activities within the stipulated timeframe to ensure remediation across systems on timely basis.
• Keep up to date to the changes in procedures and guidelines.
• Report the result of testing activities to Senior Stakeholders across Business Units.
• Review basic issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low to medium risk tasks and deliverables
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders including internal as well as external customers

Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of Quality assurance, investigation and reporting experience.
• Acquaintance to commercial banking products and corporate financial statements preferred.

Desired Qualifications: • Intermediate to advance knowledge of excel, power point and Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with quality assurance scorecards and workflow tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in understanding policies and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in providing professional communication and feedback to staff and corresponding managers.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
