Elevate is recruiting a Commercial Attorney for our Testimony Taskforce Service. Elevate's integrated law firm seeks an attorney who has familiarity with litigation to assist us as we build and grow a service offering using a testimony data tool. As Commercial Attorney you will be responsible for becoming an expert in using the tool to search for testimony, put together witness kits, analyze testimony, etc. under the direction of other lawyers on the team.



Specifically, the Attorney will :
• Be responsible for searching and analyzing testimony from U.S. deposition and trial transcripts using an innovative tool related to testimony data.
• Compile reports and witness files based on information requests.
• Create and update playbooks for the work being undertaken.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Become an expert with the testimony tool.
• Help strategize about deliverables as part of this newer service offering.
• Work on multiple tasks with quick turnaround.
• Work with the team to process requests.
• Work competently in a virtual environment.
• Quickly learn new systems and adapt to new processes

• Strong understanding of the English language as the work will involve reading oral testimony transcripts and understanding context easily.

• Creative thinker who can contribute ideas to a new service offering regarding testimony data
• Able to ensure SLAs are met and ability to handle work with quick turn-around requirements
• Not afraid to ask questions for clarity.
• Collaborates well with other team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and Teams.

Experience.
• 5+ years handling corporate-related work.
• 3-5 years out and focused on contracts.
• Prior litigation experience required (e-discovery experience would work)
• Excellent track record in previous Client support/Customer Service engagements.
• Experience working directly with US clients and team.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
