Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and review basic legal documents, such as:
- Deeds (e.g., warranty deeds, quitclaim deeds)
- Leases and rental agreements
- Contracts (e.g., purchase agreements, sale agreements)
- Other documentation related to real estate transaction
2. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Maintain organized and up-to-date files, both physical and digital.
4. Accurately enter and maintain commercial property data, including:
- Property descriptions
- Ownership information
